Women’s 1-Day Retreat: Flow + Ease into Winter

Join me in the tranquil surroundings of the Cooley Mountains as we invite a balance of strength and gentleness into our practice and into our lives.  This specially curated day is designed to nurture and nourish your mind-body-soul from the inside-out.  You will be invited to tune into your heart, stoke the fire within and unlock your potential.

Be prepared to be nurtured, pampered and rejuvenated.  Diving deep into the well of wisdom your body has to offer leaving you feeling grounded, renewed and deeply nourished for the season ahead.

*This includes all materials for the day, including yoga mats, bolsters, cushions, blankets, yoga blocks, eye pillows, etc along with a nourishing lunch, vegan cake and treats all made with love for you to enjoy.  You are welcome to bring your own mat for extra comfort.  The idea is to come as you are.
