Designed to walk you through each phase of your cycle over three cycles with weekly content building on prior curriculum. You may jump in at any point to focus on your specific needs and interest.

Receive 3 practices each week

Pranayama

Begin your practice with 15 minutes of nourishing breath work to supercharge your whole body. Learn how to work with your breath to influence the flow of Prana, or Qi (vital energy) throughout the whole body. Breathe with ease throughout the day.

Vinyasa Yoga

Indulge in a unique 45 minute practice to embody the specific phase of your cycle. Release tension, increase flexibility and balance your nervous system as we explore a diverse mix of poses and practices. Find your flow both on and off the mat. Bring all the props you like.

Yoga Nidra

Dive into a deeply restorative 20 minute meditation practice as you enter a space of deep heartfelt listening and welcoming, and learn to surf the states of wakefulness and sleep, where the body and mind find harmony and balance.

Each can be used a standalone practice or together when time allows.
