Women are seeing multiple doctors seeking relief, only to be turned away with a prescription that only bandages the issue. From period pain to fertility, pregnancy care to menopause to the ‘almost-well’, the ‘not feeling so good’, the ‘tired out’, ‘feeling lost’, and ‘over-stressed’. This is a gap I have seen Chinese medicine and yoga fill beautifully and where they truly excel.

Acupuncture is the most well-known component in TCM, it is only one important piece of a much larger tool box. It incorporates adjunctive techniques such as herbal medicine, cupping, moxibustion, tuina massage, cupping, diet and lifestyle changes, meditation and exercise. I am also a health coach and yoga teacher which provides me with a unique and integrated lens to health and wellness.
