About Noeleen

I've been working in reproductive and hormonal health for 20 years.

My story is one of exploration, self-discovery and coming home. At the age of 17, I left my home in Co. Louth to follow my heart and study Chinese Medicine in London and Beijing.

During this time, I began to experience the powerful effects of menstrual cycle awareness. I learned how it is the '5th vital sign' and by paying close attention and tracking the physical, mental-emotional and spiritual shifts of the menstrual cycle there were patterns. These patterns could be used to not only treat menstrual symptoms but to predict how a woman would be feeling ahead of time.

In clinic, I witnessed women's lives changing when they practised cycle awareness. I began using the practice myself and suddenly my symptoms settled. For the first time I felt at home in my body, building self-trust, self-belief and confidence.

My degree included 4 years clinical experience at Asante Academy, North Middlesex Hospital and Whittington Hospital in London as well as 6 months internship at two of the largest hospitals in Beijing; Zhong Ri Hospital and Xi Yuan Hospital.

Learning + Growing

Upon returning to Ireland, I spent 4 wonderful years in Galway City. Specialising in women’s health, I established my first practice in Health & Herbs with Dr Dilis Clare and a short time later joining the amazing team at Galway City Physiotherapy where I had a successful practice. I had the opportunity to lecture part-time in Galway and Cork before relocating to Donegal with my then husband. I established thriving practices in Letterkenny and Ramelton. Having begun yoga in my teens and following a health scare in my twenties, it felt like the right time to add it to my work through women’s yoga classes, workshops and retreats.

In that time, I have treated and supported thousands of women, with period problems, fertility challenges, during pregnancy, postnatal, menopausal symptoms, anxiety, gut and immune imbalances.

I have found through my own experiences and watching the transformation of clients that by bringing more awareness to how our hormones work, and what they need to function well in our bodies can be absolutely life changing for us women. The very practices that brought me and the women I have worked with back to whole health are the basis of what I teach women today.

A Exciting New Chapter

In 2022, with this expertise and my own life experiences, I launched my online coaching and yoga programmes. Inviting you to explore the landscape of your female body, unlock your potential and give you the tools to help you master your health.

As much as I loved the beaches and surfing in Donegal, the pull toward the mythical landscape of the North-East never left me. In June, I returned home to Co. Louth, where I now spend my days practising acupuncture, coaching, yoga, teaching, writing, cooking, dancing, travelling and outdoors as much as I can.

I am passionate about showing as many women how to create a life they love from the inside-out. I’m committed to combining traditional practices with science and research (anatomy, physiology, pathology) and applying them to women’s health in an accessible and relevant way.
