Chinese Herbal Medicine

  • An Australian study confirmed that Chinese herbal medicine can ease the symptoms of patients with irritable bowel syndrome.

  • In 2017, a British study provided preliminary evidence that a 6-month course of Chinese herbs was safe and that, whilst standardised Chinese herbs could help regulate periods for women with PCOS, individualised herbs appeared to be more effective.
