Notice the Pause Meditation

This meditation invites you to explore the space between breaths by observing its cyclical nature. As you settle into a comfortable position, you begin to meditate on the sensation of the breath entering and leaving your body, noticing the two halves. Gradually shifting your awareness to include the pause between the inhalation and exhalation, and the pause between the exhalation and the inhalation. Finally, you notice that even though everything changes, one cycle leads into the next, there is consistency through change.
