Mellow Flow

The perfect class for slowing the body and mind down after a long day. This is a slow paced vinyasa flow class aimed at exploring asana (poses) and transitions at a steady pace. Movement is guided by the breath allowing us to dive deeper into the poses and our own practice.

A unique and beautiful blend of beginner and intermediate asanas to strengthen and tone our body as well as calm our mind. Leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and ready to float home to bed.

Open to all from newbies to advanced yogis.

New 5-week block begins Thursday 5 January 7.30pm - 8.45pm.

Vin-Yin is the ultimate combination of flow and pause. Float into bliss as we create spaciousness in the body through a breath led and dynamic vinyasa flow before relaxing into the openness of long slow holds. This class is fantastic for both building strength and improving flexibility of both body and mind.

This well-balanced yin-yang offering will evoke a sense of calm in the body and mind, balancing the nervous system and leaving you feeling ready for the weekend.

Open to all from newbies to advanced yogis.

Monday Yin Club

Start to love Mondays - join the Monday Yin Club. Let all your stresses melt away as you get your blankets, pillows and bolster (if you have one or two) at the ready. Enjoy deep relaxation as we rest in poses for longer and focus on our breath.

Improve flexibility by targeting the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, fascia and the meridians. 

Open to all - the perfect way to wind down before bed.

Starting Monday 23 January 8.15pm - 9.30pm.
