A health coaching initial consultation will include a deep dive into your health history and current health concerns. Together we will come up with a treatment plan that can include various diet, lifestyle, herbal prescription, supplements, or functional lab testing suggestions to get to the root cause.
I am your guide and partner through your healing journey as we investigate what you’ve already tried, what mindsets we need to shift, and what tools we can use to achieve your hormonal harmony. I put the pieces together and give you unconditional support to provide the foundation for healing to happen.

The Process
Your Initial Consultation
- A 90 minute in-depth consultation helps us understand what we need to investigate, improve and implement
- Evaluation of your Comprehensive Health Assessment (includes a 3 day food and lifestyle journal)
- Map out health goals
- Create your individualised plan
Your Individualised Plan
- Get a tailored nutrition and lifestyle plan specific to your health concerns. This may consist of (if needed):
- Personalised Nutrition Plan
- Meal examples
- Personalised herbal tonic
- Supplement recommendation
- Exercise recommendation
- Lifestyle recommendations - sleep, stress, cooking tips, etc
- Self-care practices
- Functional lab test recommendations
Ongoing Support
- Have consistent support and accountability through the whole process
- Follow-up sessions are scheduled to support you in implementing sustainable nutrition, lifestyle and mindset shifts
- Messaging support between sessions for any questions, clarifications or check-ins along the way

Coaching
Over the next 3-6 months we’re going to meet monthly via Telehealth to dive into your root causes, setting foundations, and incorporating sustainable nutrition, lifestyle, and mindset shifts. You also get access to messaging support between session for any questions, clarifications or check-ins along the way.
Mindset
You're not alone. Clients come to me feeling overwhelmed and confused about what to do to help their symptoms. The health, wellness and hormone world has exploded over the last few years with often conflicting information.This can leave us having a strained relationship with food, our bodies, exercise, or any health habit. You have the best intention: to get well. You just need help quieting the noise and getting back in tune with what your body needs (that can work long-term).
Foundations
We are going to build solid foundations and adopt an intuitive way of eating and living. You will get back in tune with what feels good to you when it comes to eating, moving, sleeping, and managing stress. Your habits, or the things you do every day or week, are how you embody your foundations. I will help you translate your health goals into actionable habits in a sustainable way.
Testing
In order to customise your plan we need data. I regularly hear my bloods are normal or I haven't been able to get my bloods done. This happens because you may not be measuring hormones at the correct time in your cycle, the normal lab ranges or you just need more of a deep dive to understand what is going on internally. You will complete the DUTCH hormone test and GI MAP gut health test at home with ease.
Individualised
The combination on the information you share in your Comprehensive Health Assessment plus your test results will guide the fine tuning of your health plan with specific recommendations that will make all the difference for your unique body and situation.
